We are looking for a strong Salesforce expert with deep working knowledge of SFDC, including hands‑on experience with core Salesforce clouds, integrations, and customization. The ideal candidate has proven expertise with Salesforce Service Cloud and related custom applications, demonstrated through relevant Salesforce certifications and a solid track record of implementing, optimizing, and supporting Salesforce solutions in complex environments.
For this role, you will need to have:
- Education in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related technical field. Masters Degree is a plus.
- Good IT delivery skills.
- Experience in IT Operations and Compliance
- Working knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud. Experience with related enterprise applications such as Oracle (EBS, Service, Reporting), CPQ and legacy systems is considered a strong plus.
- Understanding of and experience with best practice methodologies
- Is recognized as an expert in own area within the organization.
- Provides specialized depth and/or breadth of expertise.
- Interprets internal or external business issues and recommends solutions/best
practices.
- Works independently, with guidance in only the most complex situations.
Over 5 years’ experience technical and functional in IT, in relevant domain (Sales, Service, Marketing, SCM, Finance, HR, etc.
