Position Overview
We are seeking a Sports Equipment Coordinator to oversee and manage daily sports equipment operations. This role requires a proactive professional with strong organizational skills, product knowledge, and the ability to coordinate between suppliers, clients, and internal teams. The Sports Equipment Coordinator will play a key role in ensuring smooth workflows and maintaining Soccermaxpro BV’s reputation for excellence in sports equipment services.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate sports equipment procurement, inventory, and distribution.
- Liaise with suppliers, clients, and logistics partners to ensure timely delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of stock levels, contracts, and compliance documentation.
- Support promotional campaigns, product launches, and retail events.
- Prepare reports on equipment performance and recommend operational improvements.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and client engagement programs.
- Ensure compliance with Netherlands’ retail and sports equipment regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sports Management, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in sports equipment coordination or retail operations.
- Strong knowledge of sports gear, retail processes, and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and inventory management tools.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deliver under deadlines.
