As our Food & Beverage Services Manager, you will be a visible and hands-on leader, driving operational excellence across TOZI Amsterdam, our bar, room service operation, and meeting & event spaces. You will inspire and develop your team to deliver memorable dining experiences while ensuring exceptional service standards for every guest, every day.

Lead the day-to-day operations of TOZI Amsterdam, the bar, in-room dining, and meeting & event spaces, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and service standards across all F&B outlets.

Be a visible, hands-on leader on the floor, coaching, supporting, and developing your team while leading by example during key service periods.

Oversee the planning and delivery of meetings, private dining experiences, social events, and celebrations, ensuring seamless execution from start to finish.

Manage and develop your team through recruitment, onboarding, training, performance management, and scheduling.

Partner closely with the Sales, Front Office, and Kitchen teams to deliver exceptional guest experiences and maximise revenue opportunities.

Support the development of menus, promotions, and innovative Food & Beverage initiatives that strengthen TOZI’s reputation as a neighbourhood dining destination.

Build strong relationships with guests, clients, suppliers, and colleagues while fostering an engaging and high-performing team culture.

Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, profitability, and service delivery across all Food & Beverage areas.

Contribute as a member of the hotel's leadership team, ensuring compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and operational procedures.

A hands-on operational leader who enjoys being on the floor, engaging with guests and developing teams through visible leadership.

Proven management experience within a restaurant, hotel Food & Beverage, or hospitality environment.

Experience overseeing restaurant operations, private dining, meetings, and events within a hotel or standalone venue.

Strong commercial acumen with an understanding of revenue generation, cost control, and profitability.

Experience managing multiple Food & Beverage revenue streams, including restaurants, bars, room service, and events.

Previous people management experience with a proven ability to coach, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.

A hotel operations background is highly desirable.

Experience working within hotels, boutique hospitality brands, lifestyle venues, or high-volume restaurant environments is highly valued.

Excellent communication, organisational, and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-focused approach.
