Bdairy moves dairy around the world with a team of around 30 people. We do not produce, we trade. That gives quality a different angle. Same standards, BRC included, different day-to-day. The focus is on our suppliers and customers, our specifications and the documents behind every shipment.
We are looking for a QA Manager who takes that on with our QA team, from supplier approvals to the quality questions that come up in trade every day. In practice, this means:
-
Running our BRC certification and guiding the audits
-
Approving suppliers and weighing what an approval means commercially
-
Seeing risks coming and giving traders and operations clear advice
-
Handling claims and quality issues quickly, with proper follow-up
-
Keeping our quality system, procedures and documentation up to date, and improving them where needed
-
Being the point of contact for quality for our team, customers, suppliers and certification bodies
-
Guiding the QA team day to day and sharing dairy and quality knowledge across the organisation
You have a solid base in food safety and quality, that is the foundation. Just as important is that you have worked in different environments and picked up a broader skillset along the way. You know how a business thinks, and you can apply your quality knowledge in that context.
-
Experience with food safety and quality certifications such as BRC
-
Experience with audits and certification processes
-
Able to work independently and take initiative
-
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
-
Good at building and maintaining relationships
-
Hands-on, structured and pragmatic
Bdairy is growing steadily with a small and entrepreneurial team. Quality is closely connected to our operations and business, so you work directly with traders, operations, and management. Our decision-making is quick and pragmatic. You have the opportunity to improve how things work and shape the way quality is organised as the company develops. At the same time, we keep things informal and enjoy what we are building together, from team lunches to sports events, spontaneous evenings out and our annual company trip.
What you can expect:
-
Competitive salary
-
Performance-based bonus
-
Pension scheme fully paid by Bdairy, no employee contribution
-
25 vacation days
-
A professional international team with short communication lines and quick decision-making
