Join our Master Data team and help build the data foundation that supports an outstanding customer experience across our European operations.
As a Master Data Representative, you will ensure accurate, reliable master data across our core business systems, including SAP S/4, Microsoft Dynamics, CRM, and GS1. More than a data maintenance role, you will help enable smooth business operations, support internal stakeholders, and contribute to continuous process and data quality improvements.
You are someone who enjoys creating structure, values accuracy, and is always looking for ways to improve. In this role, you will:

Maintain and monitor customer, vendor, and field team master data across core systems

Create, maintain, and validate customer contract pricing in SAP according to established pricing structures and controls

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and compliance across systems and processes

Support territory alignment updates and CRM data maintenance

Maintain material determination for European plants

Support data-related activities in systems such as GS1 and GTS

Provide technical and operational support to internal stakeholders

Identify opportunities to simplify processes, reduce manual work, and improve efficiency

Contribute to automation, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives

Requirements:
In addition, you bring:

At least 2 years of experience in administration, customer service, master data, or a related operational role
-
Experience working in an international environment
-
Knowledge of the order-to-cash process
-
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
-
Experience with SAP S/4HANA (required); SAP CRM and/or Microsoft Dynamics experience is a plus
-
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; additional European languages are an advantage
