How will you help energise the Netherlands?
As a Communication Advisor, you are responsible for strengthening strategic communication within Offshore Netherlands, ensuring that employees, leaders and stakeholders are aligned with organisational priorities and strategic ambitions while contributing to a reliable, affordable and sustainable energy system. You advise the OFN Executive Director, Leadership Team and senior leaders on communication strategy, positioning, leadership communication and storytelling, so that strategic decisions are communicated clearly and consistently.
As a Communications Advisor you:

Translate complex business developments, organisational priorities and strategic objectives into compelling communication approaches, so that employees understand how their work contributes to Offshore Netherlands and TenneT’s ambitions.

Ensure that Offshore Netherlands communication is aligned with TenneT-wide strategy, key narratives and corporate communication guidelines, so that communication consistently supports organisational priorities.

Support large-scale change initiatives and transformation programmes with effective communication strategies and plans, so that organisational change is understood, supported and successfully implemented.

Coordinate with Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and communication professionals across TenneT, so that communication activities are aligned in terms of content, timing and execution.

Develop communication concepts, campaigns and communication solutions across a variety of channels and formats, so that key messages effectively reach and engage relevant target groups.
Additional context
As Communication Advisor, you support Offshore Netherlands in communicating strategic priorities, organisational developments and change initiatives. You advise leaders on communication-related topics and translate complex developments into clear and engaging communication.
Working closely with Corporate Communications, Corporate Affairs and communication colleagues across TenneT, you help ensure alignment with corporate communication guidelines and key narratives. You also contribute to communication and stakeholder engagement activities involving external parties such as 2GW partners, policymakers and NGOs.
As part of the Improvement & Support team, consisting of seven colleagues, you contribute to strategy implementation, internal communication and organisational development. Combining strategic insight with a hands-on approach, you develop communication solutions that help leaders and employees understand the priorities and developments shaping Offshore Netherlands. Work location is Arnhem.
