An electrical technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting electrical systems and equipment within our factory in Horst. The duties can vary, but generally include the following:
- Preparation of the worksite
- Performing maintenance schedules
- Maintaining machinery log books
- Keeping machinery and tools clean, organized, and maintained
- Installation and maintaining of electro technical products and systems
- Determining the routing of wiring and cabling
- Earthing electro technical products and systems
- Preparation of simple calculations
- Setting and configuring parameters that are part of electro technical products and systems
- Remediation of malfunctions and deviations
- Registration of data
- Alignment of work with various departments
This specialized job focuses primarily on electro technical mechanical works (high-voltage and low-voltage), occasionally also including administrative and a number of non-technical works that must be carried out.
The person must be MBO level 4 (MTS) qualified in terms of content and level, supplemented with electro-technical courses and/or an internal training of several months/ years or experience in a similar function. Working in shifts is an obligation.
The salary starts from EUR 3.650 euro including a 14% shift allowance , with the final compensation package to be determined based on the candidate’s knowledge and experience.
