As a Partnership Office manager, you will work very closely with multiple senior Metyis leaders who jointly manage a large and strategic client relationship. You will act as a dedicated support to the partnership, helping structure priorities, prepare leadership discussions, ensure strategic topics are translated into high-quality client-ready output, and drive the execution push.

Act as a strategic right hand to senior leadership, translating partnership vision into a clear, actionable transformation roadmap across short- and medium-term horizons.

Drive end-to-end execution of partnership initiatives, ensuring alignment between strategic priorities, commercial objectives, and operational delivery.

Establish and run a high-impact Project Management Office (PMO), including governance structures, progress tracking, risk management, and decision frameworks across multiple work streams.

Translate complex, ambiguous discussions into structured insights, decision-ready materials, and executive-level narratives (presentations, documents, business cases).

Own stakeholder management across senior leadership and partner organisations, building trusted relationships and ensuring alignment on priorities, timelines, and outcomes.

Prepare and steer executive forums, including leadership meetings, steering committees, and partner reviews, ensuring clear agendas, actionable outcomes, and follow-ups.

Maintain high standards of confidentiality, discretion, and professionalism when handling sensitive business topics and leadership interactions.

Drive continuous improvement of partnership processes, governance models, and ways of working to enhance scalability and effectiveness.

Operate with a high degree of autonomy, ownership, and accountability, proactively identifying opportunities to create impact beyond defined scope.

You prepare senior leadership for key client meetings by structuring content, identifying priorities, and aligning stakeholders on objectives and messages.

You translate strategic conversations into clear, structured, and persuasive storytelling.

You help the team in identifying, articulating, and positioning strategic opportunities within the partnership.

You support the long-term development of the client account by maintaining continuity, context, and institutional knowledge within the partnership.

3-5 years of consulting experience with a focus on transformation projects. Project Management office would be helpful.

Strong analytical and conceptual thinking, with the ability to connect business priorities, strategic choices, and execution implications.

Strong project management skills and ability to create and drive short- and medium-term transformation agenda.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with comfort to work with senior internal and client stakeholders.

A high level of ownership, discretion, and reliability in handling sensitive topics and senior-level interactions.

Strong degree of self-motivation and ability to work independently.

Strong executive storytelling and PowerPoint skills, with the ability to convert ambiguous discussions into clear, structured, and visually compelling materials.

Fluency in English, Dutch preferable.
