WHAT YOU’LL DO
As a Security Manager, you develop, implement and oversee security service areas across stores and offices. You lead a team of security professionals and specialists, ensuring the protection of people, assets and reputation by creating a secure, safe and ethical environment.
You will:

Lead, inspire and mentor a team of security professionals across loss prevention, health & safety, asset protection and security risk management.

Build professional talent through coaching, training and performance management and foster cross-functional collaboration with Operations, HR, Controlling, Legal, IT and Supply Chain.

Oversee all annual security processes including salary review, KPI setting, budgeting and market benchmarking.

Steer crisis and incident management by preventing misconduct, fraud and policy breaches and coordinating scenario planning, crisis simulations and security programs.

Ensure consistent lossprevention strategies, monitor KPIs and implement effective measures to reduce shrinkage across channels.

Oversee security systems, roadmap and execution to ensure compliance with legal requirements, policies and global standards.

Collaborate with Health & Safety teams to drive an aligned approach to risk management and workplace safety.

Represent the market in global security discussions, sharing insights from the market and supporting strategic decisions related to risk, safety and brand protection.
WHO YOU’LL WORK WITH
You will collaborate with security professionals, Store teams, Retail Operations, HR, Controlling, Legal, IT and Supply Chain. You will partner with business leaders and global security specialists to align standards, drive improvements and support consistent security practices across the Sales Market.
WHO YOU ARE
We are looking for people with…

Bachelor’s degree in Security Management, Criminal Justice, Risk Management, Business Administration or a related field.

Professional certifications preferred (e.g. CPP, PSP, CPO, HSE/NEBOSH/Safety Certification).

Proven experience (3+ years) in retail security, loss prevention or physical security management, preferably in multinational or large‑scale retail.

Strong knowledge of security technologies, operational security, risk assessment and investigative procedures.

Solid understanding of health & safety legislation and crisis response protocols.
