Daily tasks
Guest service: welcoming guests and escorting them to their rooms; assisting with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Luggage & VIP service: responsible for handling luggage (receiving, storing and issuing) and taking care of VIP arrangements.
Public areas & exterior: ensuring public areas remain clean and presentable, including the bar, restaurant, meeting rooms, corridors, lifts and stairwells, as well as inspecting and cleaning the pavement and façade around the hotel.
Safety: carrying out a safety inspection round.
