We're looking for 2 organized and detail-oriented Assistants to join our Regulatory Affairs HUB Netherlands in Alkmaar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their career who is eager to learn regulatory processes and develop within an international environment.
As an Assistant, Regulatory Affairs HUB Netherlands, you will support the Regulatory Affairs team in maintaining parallel import licenses and ensuring that regulatory documentation is accurate, complete, and submitted on time.
You will work closely with experienced Regulatory Affairs colleagues, helping coordinate documentation, communicate with stakeholders, and support day-to-day regulatory activities. Throughout your onboarding, you will receive training and gradually take on more responsibility as you build your knowledge of regulatory affairs.
This position is based in Alkmaar, where you will become part of our growing Regulatory Affairs HUB supporting the Dutch market.
You enjoy working in a structured environment where attention to detail is essential. You are curious, eager to learn, and motivated by becoming an expert within Regulatory Affairs over time.
A degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Sciences or a related field, or you are about to graduate.
Experience within Regulatory Affairs is an advantage but not a requirement. We value motivation and a willingness to learn just as much as previous experience.
