The finance process & systems analyst supports the delivery of the finance transformation agenda and day-to-day execution across all finance domains. The role enables the finance function to operate with consistency and continuity through structured documentation, facilitation and operational backup across finance processes and systems.

Co-facilitate finance domain meeting; prepare agendas, capture decisions and actions and follow up on open items to ensure momentum between sessions.
- Support the documentation of finance processes, procedures, and working instructions across the finance organisation, keeping them current, accessible, and fit for purpose.
- Support the continuous improvement backlog by capturing and structuring ideas from finance teams, tracking initiative progress and preparing materials for improvement workshops.
- Gather and document business requirements for improvement initiatives and system changes, working with stakeholders to translate operational needs into clear, actionable specifications.
- Provide operational continuity backup to the Functional Application Managers during absences, covering routine tasks such as access requests, basic incident triage, master data checks, and vendor portal monitoring in line with documented procedures.
- Support change management activities by maintaining change logs, tracking approvals, and communicating system or process updates to relevant stakeholders across the finance organisation.
- Partner in coordinating the onboarding of new finance team members into transformation ways of working.
- Maintain an audit trail for requests, approvals, and process reviews using available tooling (e.g. Jira, Confluence, TopDesk), ensuring traceability across transformation and system activities.

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience in a finance operations, business analysis, or finance systems support role within a mid-to-large organisation.
- Good working knowledge of end-to-end finance processes including P2P (Purchase to Pay), O2C (Order to Cash), T2R (Transaction to Report), and R2R (Record to Report) and how they interconnect across a finance organisation.
- Proven documentation and organisational skills; able to structure complex information clearly for different audiences.
- Familiarity with finance systems; exposure to ERP or reporting tooling (e.g. Business Central, Tagetik) is a plus, but knowledge across finance domains matters more than depth in any single system.
- Comfortable working with agile tooling such as Jira, Confluence, or Slack.
- Affinity with process improvement; exposure to Lean or agile ways of working is an advantage.
- Engaged, collaborative communicator who operates well across teams and levels.
- Fluent in Dutch and English (written and spoken).
