What you’ll be doing:
As an Order Processing Agent, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and accurate handling of customer orders, while coordinating effectively with customers, warehouse operations and internal teams.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Receiving customer orders
Entering orders and creating shipments in the ERP/system
Informing customers about the order execution date
Communicating with the Warehouse department to schedule loadings
Contacting customers to resolve any issues related to their orders
Monitoring pending and open orders
Handling complaints
Participating in department and company projects
