Job Description
Would you like to take responsibility for a smooth and accurate unloading process? As a Working Foreman Containers, you coordinate the unloading of chilled and frozen goods. You supervise colleagues, monitor progress and ensure that goods and data are processed correctly.

At our warehouse in Dordrecht, you work alongside the team while maintaining an overview of the unloading process. You allocate tasks, monitor the pace of work and check that employees follow the agreed scanning procedure correctly. When errors or data discrepancies occur, you ensure they are investigated and referred to the appropriate colleague. You also oversee pallet processing and identify missing product or shipment data before it causes delays.
You:

Supervise the unloading team and allocate tasks

Monitor the progress and quality of the unloading process

Check that goods are scanned fully and correctly

Ensure that errors and discrepancies are followed up promptly

Identify missing or incorrect product and shipment data

Maintain an overview of pallet processing and registration
-
Coordinate with colleagues when data needs to be amended

Work alongside the team in the chilled and frozen areas of the warehouse
Qualifications
This is you
You maintain an overview, take responsibility and give colleagues clear instructions. Even during busy periods, you continue to work accurately and hold others accountable for the agreed procedures. You know how to balance pace and quality and quickly recognise when an issue requires additional attention.
You:

Have extensive experience within logistics
-
Have preferably worked in a chilled and/or frozen environment

Have vocational working and thinking skills at MBO level 3 or 4
-
Have experience with administrative tasks
-
Can identify irregularities in the process and know when to escalate them
-
Have a good command of English; Dutch is an advantage
-
Are willing to work shifts from 06:00 to 15:00 and from 15:00 to 00:00

A maximum salary of €3000,- in line with your experience, plus a yearly fixed Christmas gratuity and a performance dependent bonus
