As an IAM (Identity and Access Management) Business Analyst, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of technology within IAM. Your work will directly impact all Rabobank employees, ensuring flawless IT fulfilment, specifically focused on IAM 4 Employees.
As Senior Business Analyst IAM you won’t be a mere observer; you’ll actively shape the demand for technology in the world Rabobank is operating in. You’re surrounded by a dynamic team committed to pushing technology boundaries. With your collaborative mindset you are the one that bridges the gap between business and IT. You analyse requirements and engineer efficient business solutions and processes and together with your Product Owner, define the target state and develop plans to achieve it.

You work independently within the general departmental objectives, responsible for planning and organizing the activities within the own department

You will be and remain abreast of the latest market and technological developments and incorporate these in the execution of your designs. You will also play a key role in ensuring the DevOps team has the right information to translate your capabilities towards a solution design.

Academic thinking and work level with a Bachelor/Master degree in a relevant field of expertise

CISSP and GSEC certified

Knowledge and implementation experience with the usual IAM protocols for authentication, authorization, user provisioning and single sign-on, such as OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Bearer Token, Kerberos/NTLM, LDAP authentication, SCIM

Strong creation & writing skills

Excellent communication in English is required
