The Investment Oversight team focuses oncontrolling investment properties and their underlying entities. We provideadvisory services and are responsible for financial reporting, acting as a keyliaison between asset managers, property managers, and CFOs.
Globally, we employ over 2,250 financeprofessionals managing more than $120 billion in real estate funds, making usthe largest combined real estate and fund accounting organization worldwide. Your Role & Key Responsibilities
- Managing the financialadministration of real estate investment structures
- Preparing and reviewingmonthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
- Acting as the main point ofcontact for fund accounting teams and portfolio managers
- Supporting the setup of realestate entities and overseeing their financial records
- Coordinating with externaladvisors (auditors, tax advisors, and accounting teams)
- Providing support on tax andlegal matters in collaboration with specialists
- Reviewing financial statementsand reports prepared by accounting teams, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Assisting with complexaccounting and financial issues
- Leading budgeting processes andcoordinating information flows between stakeholders
- Participating in internationalproject teams What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years’ experiencein finance or audit (ideally within a Big Four firm)
- Experience in real estatecompanies or real estate investment funds is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of Dutchaccounting and tax regulations
- Solid understanding of GAAP andIFRS
- Strong analytical skills andthe ability to interpret financial information
- Experience with accounting andfinancial systems
- Confident, proactive, anddetail-oriented mindset
- Ability to work independentlyand collaboratively
- Fluent in both English andDutch (written and spoken)
