Executive Producer
Wat ga je doen?
Als Executive Producer ben je eindverantwoordelijk voor de lopende producties en zorg jij ervoor dat de afdeling Content Production goed functioneert, efficiënt werkt en de gestelde doelen behaalt. Jouw rol bestaat uit het aansturen, adviseren, coördineren en ondersteunen van de producers op de afdeling, waarbij je waar nodig ook een escalatie punt vormt voor klanten. Je zal hierbij nauw samenwerken met de Head of Production, die je wekelijks updatet over de voortgang van projecten en waarmee je samen met de HoP en de Operations Manager spart over ways of working, protocollen en beleid.
Je werkzaamheden zullen onder anderen bestaan uit;

Aansturen, begeleiden en adviseren van producers;

Monitoren van de voortgang van lopende producties;

Opzetten en begeleiden van pitches en tenders;

Controleren van offertes en producers waar nodig bijsturen bij het opmaken van budgetten;

Ingrijpen bij escalatie of productionele problemen;
-
Zorgen voor een goede afstemming met het Operation Center, zodat shoots en resources zo efficiënt mogelijk gepland worden;

Evalueren van projectresultaten;
-
Eindverantwoordelijk voor marge bewaking en financiële performance van producties; actief sturen op winstgevendheid, forecast en kostenbeheersing bij aangesloten klanten.

Proactief bijdragen aan omzetgroei bij bestaande klanten door het signaleren van commerciële kansen, upsell mogelijkheden en het strategisch meedenken over uitbreiding van samenwerkingen.

Ondersteunen bij het voeren van sollicitatiegesprekken.
Wie ben jij?

Minimaal 3 tot 4 jaar ervaring als producer in een senior rol;
-
Je hebt aansturende kwaliteiten;
-
Je hebt een positief en motiverend karakter,
-
Je bent fulltime beschikbaar;
-
Je bent communicatief vaardig in zowel Nederlands als Engels.

Executive Producer
What will you do?
As an Executive Producer, you are ultimately responsible for ongoing productions and ensure that the Content Production department operates effectively, efficiently, and achieves its set goals. Your role involves managing, advising, coordinating, and supporting the producers within the department. When necessary, you also act as an escalation point for clients.
You will work closely with the Head of Production, whom you update weekly on the progress of projects. Together with the HoP and the Operations Manager, you will also discuss and develop ways of working, protocols, and policies.
Your responsibilities will include:

Managing, guiding, and advising producers;

Monitoring the progress of ongoing productions;

Setting up and supervising pitches and tenders;

Reviewing quotes and budgets, and guiding producers when preparing budgets;

Intervening in case of escalations or production-related issues;
-
Ensuring good coordination with the Operations Center so that shoots and resources are scheduled as efficiently as possible;

Evaluating project results;
-
Final responsibility for margin control and financial performance of productions; actively steering profitability, forecasting, and cost control for assigned clients;

Proactively contributing to revenue growth with existing clients by identifying commercial opportunities, upsell possibilities, and strategically thinking about expanding collaborations;

Supporting the recruitment process, including conducting job interviews.
Who are you?

At least 3 to 4 years of experience as a producer in a senior role;
-
Strong leadership skills;
-
A positive and motivating personality;
-
Available full-time;
-
Strong communication skills in both Dutch and English.
