You'll lead the digital transformation of operational processes across our Property Casualty Insurance business in the Benelux. Think: modernizing payment systems, improving how we handle data, automating document flows, and making our teams work smarter.
You're the bridge between what the business needs and what technology can deliver — and you'll have the mandate to make it happen.
What You'll Do
- Lead transformation programsacross payment collection systems, data management, and document automation
- Connect business and IT— translate operational needs into scalable technical solutions
- Own the roadmapfor your domain, aligned with Allianz's regional and global strategy
- Manage stakeholdersat all levels: from senior leadership to external partners and consultants
- Lead a multidisciplinary teamacross borders (Netherlands Belgium), fostering collaboration and accountability
- Drive Agile ways of working(SAFe) to increase delivery speed and quality
- Ensure value delivery— solutions are tracked (Jira), tested, and successfully implemented
What You Bring
Must Haves
- 7+ yearsin program/project management within complex, multi-stakeholder environments
- Operational transformation experienceideally in insurance or financial services
- Payment/collection systems knowledgeor large-scale IT implementation background
- Business IT alignment skills— bridging functional requirements and technical delivery
- Fluent in Dutch and English
- At least one PM certification(Agile, Scrum, LEAN, Prince2, or similar)
- Willingness to travelwithin Benelux and occasionally to Munich/Spain
Nice to Have
- PC Insurance operations experience
- Familiarity with SAPor similar financial/ERP systems
- SAFe certificationor hands-on experience with scaled Agile frameworks
