About the role
Are you interested in the intersection of marketing, technology, data, and customer engagement?
As our Marketing Technology & Operations Intern, you will join Medis at an exciting stage in its marketing transformation journey. Following a successful proof of concept with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, we are now entering the next phase: auditing existing marketing use cases, migrating data and automations, implementing a new website, and building the foundations for a more scalable and efficient marketing operation.
This is not a traditional marketing internship focused only on content creation or social media. You will contribute to a strategic business project that will shape how Medis manages campaigns, customer communication, reporting, and marketing automation globally. You will work closely mainly with Marketing, IT as well as external implementation partners, gaining hands-on experience with enterprise marketing technology while contributing to projects with real business impact.

What will you do?
Salesforce Marketing Cloud Rollout & Migration

Support the rollout of Salesforce Marketing Cloud following a successful proof of concept.

Audit existing marketing use cases, campaigns, automations, customer journeys, forms, landing pages, newsletters, and reporting processes.

Help map business requirements and use cases to Salesforce Marketing Cloud capabilities.

Support the migration of marketing data, templates, assets, audience segments, and campaign workflows.

Assist with rebuilding and optimizing existing Pardot automations within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Document workflows, business requirements, implementation decisions, and best practices.

Support testing, validation, deployment, and adoption of migrated campaigns and automations.⠀

Marketing Data & Reporting

Support the setup of reporting and performance measurement within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Help create campaign reporting and dashboards that provide visibility into marketing performance and lead generation activities.

Assist with audience segmentation, database organization, and data quality management.

Help ensure marketing data flows effectively between Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, and reporting systems.⠀

Website Transformation

Support the implementation of the new Medis website, with a focus on ensuring the website and Salesforce ecosystem are properly connected for lead tracking, reporting, and campaign execution.

Help define website requirements from a lead generation, customer engagement, and analytics perspective.

Ensure effective integration between the website, Salesforce CRM, and Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Support website testing, content migration, and launch activities.⠀

Newsletter & Customer Communications

Help redesign and implement a new company newsletter format within Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

Create engaging and visually appealing email templates aligned with the Medis brand.

Support the setup of customer communication journeys and nurture campaigns.

Experiment with new newsletter formats, layouts, content structures, and audience segmentation strategies.

Monitor newsletter and campaign performance and recommend improvements based on results.⠀

Continuous Improvement

Analyze campaign performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Help standardize marketing processes and establish best practices.

Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, IT, and external partners.

Contribute to projects that improve marketing efficiency, scalability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
-
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, Information Systems, Digital Business, Data Analytics, Communications, or a related field.

Strong interest in marketing technology, CRM systems, marketing automation, digital marketing, and customer engagement.

Familiarity with Salesforce, Pardot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, or similar platforms is a plus.

Analytical mindset and interest in working with data, reporting, and performance measurement.

Comfortable working with digital tools, systems, and structured processes.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Proactive attitude with a willingness to take ownership and learn.

Excellent communication skills in English.

Ability to collaborate effectively with different teams and stakeholders.

Interest in healthcare technology and innovation is a plus.
