As Senior Corporate Communication Specialist, International Markets, you’ll play a central role in bringing Kraft Heinz’s communications strategy to life across our international regions: Emerging Markets and Europe Pacific Developed Markets. Working closely with the International Communications team and reporting into the Senior Manager, Corporate Communications, International, you’ll help shape integrated communications that strengthen our corporate reputation, engage our employees and support key business priorities.
You’ll combine strategic thinking with flawless execution – developing compelling content, managing communications channels and campaigns, partnering with senior leaders, and ensuring our communications are consistent, timely and impactful across internal and external audiences.
Create Compelling Content & Storytelling:
- Help deliver integrated communications that align internal and external messaging and support business priorities across our international markets.
- Develop clear, consistent content for a variety of communications materials, including corporate announcements, executive presentations, talking points, newsletter articles and more.
- Partner closely with senior leaders to help them communicate with clarity and confidence.
- Support communications during periods of organizational change, transformation and other key business moments through development of communications materials and toolkits.
- Develop network with key stakeholders and proactively seek out stories from the business for further amplification.
- Partner with regional and global communications colleagues to deliver coordinated, high-impact communications.
Media Relations & Insights:
- Support development and ongoing use of an international media monitoring and social listening platform.
- Stay on top of industry and company news to develop new angles for storytelling.
- Help translate insights into communications actions.
- Internal Communications:
- Manage and continuously improve employee communications channels, including mailing system and intranet platforms.
- Lead the planning and end-to-end execution of regional town halls and employee engagement events.
- Develop engaging editorial content that informs and inspires employees across diverse markets and cultures.
- Recommend new approaches, channels and formats that enhance employee engagement.
- Maintain strong editorial standards across all internal communications
Measurement:
- Track performance across internal and external communications channels.
- Monitor engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.
- Recommend improvements based on audience feedback and performance insights.
- Help establish best practices for measuring communications impact.
- Project & Budget Management:
- Track timelines, coordinate vendor relationships, and manage budgets for communications projects, events, and programs.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, English, or a related field.
- Experience: 5–7 years in corporate communications, public relations, and/or media relations or a related communications role within a complex, fast-paced organization.
- Writing & Editing: Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling with strong attention to detail.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
- Stakeholder & Cultural Fluency: Comfortable engaging senior leaders and collaborating across teams and cultures.
- Excellent organizational skills and the ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
