To be successful in this role :
You are a business partner, collaborating with Customer - mainly focused on wholesalers and car dealers network - and Sales team to propose and develop joint plans that address channel distribution, product, pricing, and promotions that will drive traffic.
You track KPIs, identifies areas for improvement within funnel and individual campaign performance
You are a specialist, dedicated to a dealer relationship, understanding the multi-channel touchpoints -online/offline.
Also, you are the entry point for MICHELIN Pro Business in BNL (sub dealers program, loyalty&engagement biz program).
You are customer-focused, if not obsessed, developing customer experience strategies, programs and tools that key touchpoint for the organization.
Business travel requirement :
- in average 2/3days per week
- in Belgium&Netherlands + France (Clermont-Ferrand headquarters)
