As an EMVI and Tender Manager at TMC, you work on procurement and tenders within the civil engineering and infrastructure domain, such as infrastructure, energy transition, mobility, water safety, and area development. These are projects where clients increasingly focus on quality, collaboration, sustainability, and risk management, and where EMVI criteria make the difference.
You are responsible for organizing, coordinating, and guiding the content of the EMVI and tender process. This starts with understanding the requirements and defining a clear tender and EMVI strategy. You then ensure this strategy is translated into compelling action plans, quality plans, and EMVI documents. You do this in close collaboration with project teams, specialists, and managers.
In tenders, you act as the connecting link between engineering, project management, estimating, contract management, and communication. You safeguard the coherence, quality, and schedule of the tender process and ensure the added value for the client is clearly and distinctively presented. Depending on the assignment, you take on a coordinating, content-driven, or strategic role within the team.
The assignments range from selective procurement processes to complex European tenders and involve contractors, engineering and consultancy firms, grid operators, and (semi-)government organizations. Regardless of the context, your role remains the same: ensuring that content, strategy, and presentation come together in a strong and winning proposal.
