Kelly’s Expat Shopping
Are you energetic, hands-on and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment? Kelly’s Expat Shopping is looking for a new employee to join our young, international webshop team.
With over 2,000 British, American and international products available through our webshop, every day is different. Our webshop team is responsible for making sure customer orders are picked, packed and dispatched correctly, incoming deliveries are processed, and our online stock stays accurate.
What will you be doing?
Your main responsibilities will be:
- Picking customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Packing parcels ready for shipment
- Processing and putting away incoming deliveries
- Adding incoming products to the correct warehouse locations
- Uploading and adjusting stock in our system
- Making sure stock levels on our website are correct and up to date
- Answering customer service telephone calls
- Checking and responding to customer service emails
- Following up with DHL when parcels are delayed or have not been delivered
- Communicating with our 6 retail stores when stock is missing or needs to be located
- Helping to keep the webshop organised, clean and efficient
The majority of the job is hands-on: picking orders, packing parcels and putting deliveries away. Customer service and stock administration are also an important part of the role.
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone who:
- Can work quickly and accurately under pressure
- Is comfortable with physical work, including lifting boxes and being on their feet for much of the day
- Is organised and pays attention to detail
- Can work independently as well as part of a team
- Is confident using a computer and learning new systems
- Is comfortable communicating with customers by telephone and email
- Takes responsibility and follows tasks through to completion
- Has a positive, hands-on attitude
- Speaks good English
Experience in a webshop, warehouse, order-picking or customer service environment is an advantage, but the right attitude and willingness to learn are just as important.
