We are now looking for a Senior Manager, Washing & Disinfection (W&D) – EMEA to play a pivotal role in driving strategic growth across a highly dynamic and critical segment of our portfolio. This is a high-impact, visible role where you will combine market insight, strategic thinking, and cross-functional leadership to define go-to-market strategies, influence product direction, and collaborate with global teams. Requirements

Minimum of 10 years of professional experience in marketing, with at least 5 years in the Washing & Disinfection (W&D) domain (e.g. detergents, AERs, disinfectants).

Proven experience in a regional marketing management role. Prior experience in sales is considered an advantage.

Strong leadership and influencing skills, demonstrated through experience managing teams and/or leading cross-functional projects.

Experience working effectively within a matrix organization and influencing across functions and geographies.

Solid analytical capabilities, with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.

Experience managing budgets, including planning, forecasting, and ensuring adherence to financial targets.

Ability to operate in a global environment, with willingness to travel across the EMEA region (up to 30%).

Fluency in English is required. Additional European language skills are a plus.

Knowledge of infection prevention, microbiology, disinfection, sterilization, and device processing is advantageous but not essential.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively in a team-oriented and customer-focused environment.

Proven ability to manage complex projects independently, with a high degree of ownership and minimal supervision.

Experience in developing marketing content, communication tools, and commercial materials.
