About the Role
Within our Liquids division, we are looking for a proactive Logistics Support Administrator to join our dedicated Agreements team. This is the very heart of our business where the entire liquid dairy supply chain begins.
In this role, you will find yourself right in the middle of our logistical flows, serving as a critical operational link. Your primary responsibility will be navigating, verifying, processing and finalizing crucial commercial agreements between suppliers, customers, and transporters. Because liquid dairy products have incredibly short expiration dates, everything must move efficiently and accurately within a window of just a few days.
This dynamic position balances meticulous administrative data management with active, collaborative communication. You will step up to resolve variations in shipment metrics, proactively clear operational roadblocks, and handle situations where data points diverge.
What You Will Do
Manage the administrative processing and operational handling of back-office logistics agreements within the Liquids division.
Gather, review, and verify key volume and quality data from loading and unloading protocols.
Communicate directly with customers, suppliers, and transporters to resolve discrepancies swiftly.
Actively resolve conflicts and handle fast-moving, unexpected situations where logistics metrics or prices differ.
Ensure a seamless flow of accurate information to our internal invoicing and commercial trading departments.
Who You Are
You have a background in commercial administration, sales support, B2B customer service, or a logistics support role where managing data and customer contact went hand-in-hand.
You are comfortable picking up the phone, speaking up, and driving tasks forward to meet deadlines.
You possess excellent professional fluency in English, Dutch is a strong plus.
You possess strong administrative skills, feel comfortable managing commercial variables under pressure, and enjoy working closely with assertive stakeholders, including logistics planners and traders.
This position requires a minimum availability of 4 days per week.
