As a Lead Data Engineer, you will design and build modern cloud-native data platforms that support analytics, AI, and data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, and business stakeholders on complex data challenges across sectors such as government, financial services, infrastructure, energy, and industry.
In addition to your technical expertise, you will play a key role in mentoring colleagues and shaping best practices within our Data & Analytics practice.
Your future duties and responsibilities
- Design and develop Data Lakes, Data Warehouses, and Lakehouse solutions.
- Build scalable ETL/ELT pipelines for batch and real-time processing.
- Design data models, data quality, and governance solutions.
- Implement cloud-native data architectures on AWS.
- Develop event-driven and serverless solutions.
- Support analytics, BI, AI, and Machine Learning initiatives.
- Coach Data Engineers and contribute to architecture and design decisions.
- Collaborate within Agile teams on innovative client solutions.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Data Engineer.
- Experience with cloud-native data platforms.
- Strong knowledge of Data Engineering, ETL/ELT, Data Modeling, and Data Warehousing.
