ABOUT THE JOB
As an All-round Creative, you are responsible for shaping and executing the visual identity of ARMA across all touchpoints. You operate between concept and execution - from campaign development to daily content - ensuring a consistent and elevated brand image.
You will work closely with the Marketing Manager and Creative Director, contributing a clear visual point of view while supporting the broader marketing team.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Styling: Lead styling across campaigns, e-commerce, and content shoots, ensuring a consistent and recognisable visual language
Shoot production: Support and guide shoots from concept to execution (moodboards, casting input, on-set direction)
Creative content: Develop and oversee visual content across all channels, translating seasonal narratives into clear outputs
Newsletters: Conceptualise and design newsletters aligned with the brand’s visual identity and commercial goals
Graphic design: Create and refine assets for campaigns, lookbooks, digital channels, and in-store materials
Branding: Maintain and evolve the visual identity across all expressions, safeguarding consistency and quality
Data & reporting: Updating dashboards, monitoring, tracking and reporting of results within your field
Channel collaboration: Work closely with marketing, e-commerce, PR, and external creatives to ensure alignment
REQUIREMENTS
Visual skills: Strong sensibility for styling and branding
Production skills: Experience with fashion shoots and creative content production
Digital skills: Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, Microsoft Office, and CapCut
Communication & organisation skills: Structured, collaborative, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
YOUR PROFILE
1-3 years of experience in a similar creative role within fashion
Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch and/or German is a plus)
Available full-time (40 hours)
