The Supervisor Surface Treatment ensures that the production process runs smoothly and efficiently on a daily basis, while ensuring that delivered products meet the required quality standards in line with the planning, and employees are able to develop themselves to their fullest potential.
You are willing to work in “shifted hours”; this means one week from Monday through Thursday from 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM and on Friday from 7:00 AM to 2:00 PM. The other week from Monday through Thursday from 2:00 PM to 11:00 PM and on Friday from 10:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
Knowledge Level
-
MBO+ level (various technical disciplines) with additional job-specific education and training courses;

Knowledge of the production process, standards, etc., and able to observe and report essential data;

Possesses a proactive attitude, strong analytical skills, persuasiveness, and the personal presence and authority to manage employees and/or processes;

Good command of the Dutch language, both spoken and written; English spoken proficiency required; German is a plus.
About ATM
ATM Oirschot has specialized since 1986 in the finishing treatment of products made from various materials, both ferrous and non-ferrous (particularly anodizing, hard anodizing, pickling, passivation, chromating, cleanroom cleaning, and packaging). In 2024, ATM opened a location at the Brainport Campus in Eindhoven.
