About the Role
As we continue expanding across Europe, we are looking for a strategic and market-oriented Pan-EU Brand Manager to support the development and execution of brand strategy at Geely Brand Europe. Reporting to the Europe Brand Leader, this role will play a key role in shaping localized brand positioning, building Pan-EU brand systems, aligning visual identity, creative standards, messaging, and customer experience to deliver consistent brand experiences.
This position requires someone who can combine strategic thinking with strong cross-functional collaboration, working closely with headquarter and local markets to strengthen brand relevance and market impact
Key Responsibilities
Brand Strategy & Localization
Support the Europe Brand Leader in developing and executing brand strategies across Pan-EU markets.
Contribute to Pan-EU brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and localization approaches.
Synthesize consumer insights, market intelligence, and cultural trends into actionable brand strategies that drive business growth.
Support market-entry and localization initiatives for priority markets.
Brand Governance & Brand Systems
Build and maintain Pan-EU brand governance processes and standards.
Manage regional brand assets, guidelines, and messaging frameworks.
Ensure brand consistency across customer touchpoints and local market activities.
Support governance processes for branded materials and communications.
Define and maintain standards for regional creative execution.
Collaborate with agencies and creative partners on material development.
Ensure localization efforts align with overall brand direction.
Review and optimize customer-facing assets across channels.
Brand Monitoring
Monitor brand health, awareness, and market performance.
Conduct competitor benchmarking and consumer analysis.
Transform research findings into strategic recommendations.
Qualifications
Required
10 years of experience in brand management, brand strategy, or regional marketing roles.
Experience working across Pan-EU markets.
Strong understanding of localization strategy and consumer behavior in Europe.
Experience in automotive, mobility, premium consumer products, or related sectors.
Strong project management and stakeholder management capabilities.
Fluent English communication skills. Additional European language skills are a plus
