MSI is een toonaangevende, internationale producent van laptops, computercomponenten en IT-apparatuur. Vanuit ons Europese hoofdkantoor in Helmond verzorgen wij met zo’n 60 collega’s de logistiek, distributie, service en ondersteuning voor de EMEA-regio.
Ter versterking van ons team zijn wij op zoek naar een Magazijnmedewerker (fulltime).
Wat ga je doen?
Als magazijnmedewerker ben jij een onmisbare schakel in ons logistieke proces. Je werkdag begint samen met je collega’s, vaak met een kop koffie of thee in de kantine. Daarna ga je aan de slag in het magazijn. Je werkt in drie teams – inbound, outbound en voorraad – die wekelijks rouleren. Hierdoor blijft je werk afwisselend en leer je alle kanten van het magazijn kennen. Je werkt in wisselende dagdiensten: de ene week van 07:00 tot 15:30 uur en de andere week van 09:30 tot 18:00 uur.
Tijdens je inwerkperiode krijg je alle begeleiding die je nodig hebt om onze producten, systemen en werkwijze goed te leren kennen.
Jouw taken zijn:
- Het ontvangen en controleren van goederen
- Het verzamelen van orders
- Het verzendklaar maken van zendingen
- Het uitvoeren van voorraadbeheer
Wat vragen wij van jou?
- Eerdere ervaring in een magazijn is vereist, maar uitgebreide ervaring is niet noodzakelijk
- Fulltime beschikbaar en gemotiveerd om actief aan de slag te gaan
- Werkt nauwkeurig en steekt graag de handen uit de mouwen
- Minimaal VMBO-niveau of vergelijkbaar werk- en denkniveau door ervaring
- Beheerst de Nederlandse taal of kan zich goed redden in het Engels
- Fysiek werk is voor jou geen probleem
- Woonachtig in (de omgeving van) Helmond
- Voor indiensttreding wordt een Verklaring Omtrent Gedrag (VOG) aangevraagd, dit wordt geregeld door MSI

What are you going to do?
Your working day starts with a nice cup of coffee or tea in our canteen, and then rolls up your sleeves with your team. At MSI, no two days are the same! We have three permanent teams (inbound, outbound, and stock control) that rotate weekly across different shifts: 07:00–15:30 and 09:30–18:00. which makes the work fun and varied.
During your onboarding period, you will learn everything about our product range and our working method, so that you can get started with confidence.
As a warehouse employee, you play a crucial role in our flow of goods. Your tasks will include:
- Receiving, sorting and checking incoming goods.
- Collecting and registering goods according to the order picking list.
- Finishing, preparing and loading outgoing shipments.
- Checking the available stock.
- Keeping the warehouse in order.
What do we ask of you?
At MSI, we believe in your potential. That's why we set the following requirements for the position:
- Previous warehouse experience is required, though not required in-depth
- Availability for a full-time (40 hours per week) position.
- Minimum VMBO level or comparable work/thinking level based on experience.
- Basic English skills required; Dutch is a plus.
- Passion for physical exertion and a neat and safe working posture.
- Living in the region of our European headquarters in Helmond.
- In possession of a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) and references.
