Wat ga je doen?
Tijdens je stage ondersteun je het HR-team bij de dagelijkse werkzaamheden én krijg je de ruimte om zelfstandig projecten op te pakken. Denk aan:
Ondersteunen bij onboarding en offboarding van medewerkers.
Ondersteunen bij de HR-administratie, zoals personeelsdossiers, contracten en HR-systemen.
Beantwoorden van vragen van collega's over HR-processen.
Helpen organiseren van trainingen, evenementen en andere HR-activiteiten.
Ondersteunen bij HR-projecten gericht op procesverbetering en employee experience.
Analyseren van HR-data en meedenken over verbeterinitiatieven.
Afhankelijk van jouw interesses en leerdoelen krijg je de mogelijkheid om eigen verantwoordelijkheden en projecten op te pakken.
Wie ben jij?
Je volgt een hbo-opleiding Human Resource Management of een vergelijkbare opleiding.
Je bent op zoek naar een meewerkstage van minimaal 4 à 6 maanden.
Je werkt nauwkeurig en bent goed georganiseerd.
Je bent proactief, leergierig en durft initiatief te nemen.
Je communiceert gemakkelijk in zowel Nederlands als Engels.
Je vindt het leuk om samen te werken in een internationale werkomgeving.

Onze stagevergoeding bedraagt €500 bruto per maand (gebaseerd op 40 uur)
