Promote and sell tesa products to customers to increase distribution and sales. As a first operational contact, create strong and good relations with the customers - act as tesa ambassador. As the first operational contact point for the defined customer, actively recommend products, present new product launches and is involved for order taking at customer site.
- Recommend products, present new product launches, quote standard price offers and support the customers to order the right products with the right quantity
- Present the assortment and make sure listed assortment is in the shelves, ensure visibility of tesa at the Point of Sales (POS)
- Promote complete defined assortment with focus on specialties
- Present and list new products and categories
- Present and implement promotions and campaigns
- Delivers product training to shop staff and end users
- Implement shelf concept, build new permanent and secondary placements
- Report field sales activity as required through company specified CRM system
- Identify shops without tesa presence
- Gain customer and market knowledge and share information with Line Manager
- Organize external merchandisers for territory if needed
- Work on activities as assigned by the manager

MBO 4 or Bachelor’s degree- 1-2 years of experience in similar positions, experience in international organisations is an advantage
- Strong customer orientation and passion about building long-term partnerships
- Excellent communication skills
- Fluent in Dutch both written and spoken
- Intermediate level of written and spoken English
- Ability to plan and organize effective use of time to meet the demands of the territory
- Working autonomously and self-driven, while proactively seeking support when needed
- Easily adapting to change and ambiguity
