We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Facility & Technical Services Engineer to support the installation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of equipment, facilities, and technical systems. The successful candidate will play a key role in ensuring operational reliability, minimizing downtime, and supporting the safe and efficient operation of machinery and infrastructure.
This position requires a combination of hands-on technical expertise, project coordination skills, and the ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
Requirements
Technical Services & Maintenance

Plan, coordinate, and execute preventive and corrective maintenance activities.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and automation-related equipment issues.

Analyze equipment performance and implement improvements to increase reliability and efficiency.

Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.

Maintain accurate maintenance records, technical documentation, and service reports.
Machine Installation & Commissioning

Coordinate the installation, relocation, and commissioning of machinery and technical equipment.

Work with suppliers, contractors, and internal teams during equipment installation projects.

Verify equipment functionality, conduct testing, and support operational handovers.

Provide technical support and training to operators and maintenance personnel.

Participate in factory acceptance tests (FAT) and site acceptance tests (SAT) where applicable.
Facility Management

Support the maintenance and optimization of building-related systems, including HVAC, utilities, electrical installations, and infrastructure.

Coordinate external service providers and contractors.

Monitor facility performance and identify opportunities for improvement.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, environmental, and facility standards.
Qualifications

Relevant experience in maintenance, technical services, facilities, machine installation, or engineering environments.

Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and industrial systems.

Experience with maintenance management systems (CMMS) is an advantage.

Knowledge of health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and technical reporting.
