What are you going to do?
As an Operations Supervisor, you’ll lead the operational team at our Son en Breugel location. You’ll report directly to the Operations Manager, and together with the Transport Planners and Operations Coordinator you make sure to keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll start by managing two team leaders and expand your team to three team leaders plus the warehouse team. Safety, quality, and efficiency are your top priorities. You keep an overview, manage processes, and continuously seek improvements.
What You’ll Do
✔ Lead a team of 40 production employees and 3 team leaders
✔ Ensure all operational processes run smoothly and safely
✔ Drive process improvements and increase efficiency
✔ Motivate your team day to day to achieve both team and company goals
✔ Oversee daily planning together with the team leaders
✔ Be present on the work floor and step in where needed

What You Bring
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in an international environment
- Knowledge of logistics processes
- Strong leadership skills and a results-driven mindset
- Ability to quickly understand and implement new processes
- Excellent communication skills in English (Dutch is a plus)
- Full-time availability (40 hours per week) on location
