We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Spa Intern to join our Asaya Spa team at Rosewood Amsterdam.
As a Spa Intern, you will support the daily operations of our signature Asaya Spa, a sanctuary of wellness dedicated to self-discovery, rejuvenation, and balance. You will gain hands-on experience in the world of luxury wellness, learning from industry experts who embody Rosewood’s guiding philosophy of A Sense of Place and Asaya’s holistic approach to well-being.
Job Duties
Duties may include, but are not limited to:
- Assist the spa team in delivering exceptional guest experiences throughout the wellness journey, from welcome to farewell
- Support spa reception operations, including reservations, check-ins, and retail assistance
- Prepare and maintain treatment rooms and relaxation areas according to luxury standards
- Ensure the spa environment remains calm, organized, and impeccably clean at all times
- Assist therapists and attendants with guest preparation and coordination
- Manage spa inventory, linens, and amenities
- Support in promoting spa treatments, wellness programs, and retail products
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance the overall guest experience
