UFM (Unified Faubourg Mobility) is the Group's flagship digital transformation programme, designed to replace multiple legacy fleet and mobility systems with a unified platform serving six business units across Europe (France, Germany, Spain, Belgium, the Netherlands and the United Kingdom). By consolidating business processes, data and user experiences into a single ecosystem, UFM aims to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency and support the future growth of the Group.
The platform is developed through small cross-functional pods operating on a shared technology foundation, allowing teams to deliver business value quickly while maintaining consistency, scalability and high product quality across all markets.
As the second designer in the UFM programme, you will work under the guidance of the Design Lead and collaborate closely with the various product pods. You will contribute to the governance of the design system, the user experience of business modules, and the driver application, within a model where Product Builders prototype continuously and where you will ensure a consistent user experience across the entire platform :
-
Extend and guard the UFM design system across all module user interfaces
-
Design module flows with the pod builders — fast, in-product, validated with early-adopter customers
-
Own key surfaces end-to-end (driver app, operator worklists) as the number of pods grows
-
Bring design review into the AI-speed delivery loop: patterns and guardrails rather than pixel-policing.
-
Strong product design portfolio; B2B / SaaS experience a plus. Systems thinker
-
Comfortable designing in code and prototypes, not only in Figma
-
Multi-persona empathy: drivers, fleet managers, suppliers, back-office operators
-
Fluent English; another European language is a plus.
