Salesforce Consultant | Financial Services
As a Salesforce Consultant, you help financial organizations optimize and digitize their customer processes. You understand the logic of Salesforce , grasp the dynamics of financial services, and translate complex challenges into robust, scalable solutions. You work closely with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers, taking a leading role in analysis, configuration, and quality assurance.
What you will do

Analyze processes in areas such as customer management, advisory, lending, or service

Translate business requirements into concrete Salesforce solutions

Configure Salesforce functionality (Households, Financial Accounts, Action Plans, Interaction Summaries, etc.

Create user stories and functional designs
-
Lead workshops and refinement sessions with business and IT
-
Advise on optimizations, new releases, and salesforce best practices
-
Collaborate with developers on integrations, data migrations, and technical implementation

Perform functional testing
What you bring
-
4–5 years of experience as a Salesforce consultant, analyst, or product specialist
-
Strong knowledge of Salesforce configuration (Flows, data model, permissions, automation)
-
Experience designing and configuring OmniStudio components such as FlexCards, OmniScripts, and DataRaptors
-
Strong analytical skills, structured working style, and strong communication abilities
-
At least two relevant Salesforce certifications, for example:

Salesforce Administrator (ADM 201)

Platform App Builder
-
Business Analyst
-
Financial Services Cloud Accredited Professional (big plus)

OmniStudio Consultant (plus)
-
Sales Cloud Consultant or Service Cloud Consultant
Nice-to-haves

Experience with (Mulesoft) integrations
