What you'll be doing
✨ Extending the Korn Ferry job architecture and benchmarking from the Amsterdam office to factories in (NL) and (DE).
✨ Leading Works Council processes in both the Netherlands and Germany.
✨ Shaping the pay philosophy, pay gap reporting, and manager-facing communications.
✨ Designing and delivering manager training to support meaningful pay conversations.
✨ Coordinating all stakeholders to hit a November go-live.
