We are looking for an analytical, high-energy Business Development Representative (BDR) to take our presence in these key regions to the next level.
In this role, you will be the bridge between marketing strategy and sales execution, with HubSpot as your primary engine for success.
Your Mission in Benelux & Germany
You will target the pinnacle of professional services - from the Zuidas in Amsterdam to the financial hubs of Brussels, Frankfurt and Munich.
* HubSpot Strategy & Execution: Build and optimize localized sequences, track engagement metrics, and continuously A/B test messaging to improve conversion rates.
* High-Level Prospecting: Identify and engage decision-makers (Legal Counsels, Company Secretaries, Investor Relations Managers) through personalized outreach across email, LinkedIn, and events.
* Outbound Sequencing: Proactively sourcing outbound opportunities in priority sectors and territories.
* Cultural Bridge: Adapt tone and communication style to Dutch, Belgian, and German business etiquette, ensuring credibility and rapport in every conversation.
* Discovery & Handover: Conduct structured discovery calls to understand needs, document findings in HubSpot, and schedule high-quality demos for Account Executives.
What You Bring to the Table
* HubSpot Power-User: You aren't just a user; you know how to leverage CRM data to make your outreach smarter and more effective.
* Multilingual Excellence: Being fluent in Dutch or German as well as in English is considered a very strong asset (and a must if you aim to dominate the Benelux & DACH market).
* Business Savvy: You have a natural affinity for the legal or financial sectors and understand that trust and precision are the currencies of success.
* Entrepreneurial Spirit: You enjoy the challenge of expanding a territory and see opportunities where others see obstacles.
