As a Civil Engineering Estimator, you play a crucial role within our team. You ensure that complex projects are translated into feasible and realistic cost estimates. You do this with attention to detail, precision, and a pragmatic approach. What we specifically expect from you: - Proficiency in the Dutch language at C1/C2 level, both spoken and written. - A completed HBO or WO degree in Civil Engineering or a similar field. - 0-3 years of relevant work experience as an estimator or in a comparable role within civil engineering. - Thorough knowledge of specifications, contract forms (UAV-GC, RAW), and estimation software. - Strong analytical skills and an excellent grasp of numbers. - Strong communication skills and the ability to liaise with various stakeholders (contractors, consulting firms, government agencies). - Results-oriented and capable of meeting deadlines without compromising the quality of your work. - A proactive and flexible attitude with attention to detail.
