Who am I?
As business analyst you are part of the business development team and reporting to the BD Director.
You are the go to person for the data harmonization/dashboarding of the division and own the data agenda for our Consumer Products Division:
- You centralize our intelligence on Sell Out data in powerBi & excel, support tracking of our business goals. You upscale the organization on how and when to use all information available.
- You pro-active analyze the market results and know where there are gaps of performance, knowledge or reports.
- You provide all different management layers with relevant insights by putting the dashboards that have been build further into action.
- You build further on the business analytics basics in place by improving our power BI dashboards based on the organization’s needs and creating new ones where relevant in collaboration with CDMO
- You are the main contact point for our CPD division towards our CDMO & Data team to share intelligence within our organization.
- You’ll work on ad hoc requests for retailer days, based on input BD-director
Your profile
You are analytical strong but pragmatic when the situation requires. As a person you are determined to make a great impact by taking initiatives and sharing your ideas. It is important to feel comfortable to collaborate with different stakeholders and that you know how to convince them if necessary. Furthermore, you are open minded and supportive towards new initiatives.
Our ideal candidate has:
- 3-5 years of work experience in commercial-, financial- or business analytics role.
- Obtained at least a Bachelor degree in Business Administration/ Economics/ Analytics or similar
- Worked within a Consumer Goods company and understands the market dynamics between Retailer/Supplier/Shopper
- Experience in Power BI, worked with the solution for over 1 year
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel
- Fluently in Dutch/French and English (absolute must-have)
