At CSI Palletising, we design and build smart palletising solutions for customers across the globe. As our Field Service Engineer, you are the face of CSI at customer locations, solving challenges, improving performance, and ensuring our systems deliver every day.

As a Field Service Engineer, you ensure that our customer installations continue to perform at their best. You'll work handson with advanced palletising systems, spending around 70% of your time on site with customers, both in the Netherlands and internationally.

Perform maintenance and inspections on CSI systems

Diagnose and resolve faults, mechanical, electrical and software

Execute modifications and upgrades, from short visits to multiweek projects

Advise customers on improvements and system expansions

Train operators and maintenance teams on site

MBO+ or HBO education in Mechatronics, Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering

Experience or strong interest in industrial automation and robotics - (AllenBradley, Siemens, ABB or Fanuc is a plus)

Good command of Dutch and English (German is a bonus)
