Position Overview:
We’re looking for energetic, friendly, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as
Bar staff. You’ll be the face of The Butcher Social Club—creating a warm welcome for guests, ensuring seamless service, and helping keep the vibrant energy our customers love.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to a high standard
- Deliver fast, friendly, and engaging service in a busy social environment
- Create a welcoming atmosphere that reflects The Butcher Social Club brand and energy
- Take guest orders accurately and make strong product recommendations
- Maintain excellent knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beers, wines, and menu items
- Ensure the bar area is fully stocked, clean, and organized throughout service
- Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards consistently
- Handle cash and card payments accurately using the POS system
- Monitor guest satisfaction and respond quickly and professionally to requests or complaints
- Check identification and ensure compliance with licensing and responsible alcohol service policies
- Support opening and closing duties, including setup, cleaning, and restocking
- Work closely with floor staff and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
- Maintain hygiene, health, and safety standards at all times
- Help manage inventory levels and report low stock or wastage to management
- Contribute to a positive team culture and high-energy guest experience
What We’re Looking For:
- Positive, outgoing personality with excellent communication skills.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team player who thrives in a vibrant, high-energy atmosphere.
- Experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus, but we’re happy to train the right candidate.
- Availability for evening and weekend shifts, especially during live events.
- Young and Energetic students 18 and 19 Year olds for part time roles are very welcome.
