About the Role :
Are you an experienced service technician, service coordinator or team leader ready to take the next step in your career ? Do you want to grow into a management role within an international organisation, supported by a structured mentoring programme?
Haulotte NL is looking for an ambitious Future Service Manager. In this role, you will work alongside the current Service Manager to progressively take ownership of the Benelux service organisation with a structured development plan, dedicated coaching, and a clear career path toward the Service Manager position.
Your Main Responsibilities :
Day-to-day service management
- Support the daily management and coordination of the service organisation

Contribute to technician scheduling, workload planning and resource optimisation

Monitor quality standards, safety compliance and customer satisfaction

Provide support on complex technical escalations

Stand in for the Service Manager during absences and holidays
Process improvement & cross-functional collaboration
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of service processes and performance

Work closely with the Sales, Parts and Technical Support departments

Take part in reporting, KPI tracking and operational reviews
Team development
- Coach and support the service team in their day-to-day work

Participate in onboarding and skills development of technicians
What We're Looking For
- HBO working and thinking level (bachelor's degree or equivalent through experience)

Technical background in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Automotive or similar

Experience as a senior service technician, service coordinator or team leader
-
Familiarity with aerial work platforms, telehandlers or mobile equipment is a strong asset

Strong communication and organisational skills

Genuine ambition to grow into a management position

Good command of Dutch and English

Driving licence B
