Digital Techno is looking for a reliable, motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Operative to join our team.
The role involves working with refurbished mobile phones, smart watches and other consumer electronics. Your main responsibilities will include testing devices, preparing customer orders and ensuring products are securely packed and ready for shipment.
Full training will be provided, so previous experience with mobile phones or electronics is not essential.
Responsibilities
- Testing mobile phones, smart watches and other electronic devices
- Carrying out functional and cosmetic checks
- Identifying faults and ensuring devices meet our quality standards
- Preparing devices for sale and shipment
- Packing customer orders accurately and securely
- Printing and applying shipping labels
- Recording test results and updating internal systems
- Maintaining an organised and tidy warehouse
- Assisting with general warehouse duties as required
Requirements
- Reliable, punctual and organised
- Good attention to detail
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken
- Comfortable working with technology and electronic devices
- Good basic computer skills
- Able to follow instructions and testing procedures accurately
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous experience in warehouse work, e-commerce, electronics or mobile phone testing is an advantage but not essential
Training
Full training will be provided on our device testing procedures, internal systems, order processing and packing requirements.

Werkzaamheden
- Testen van mobiele telefoons, smartwatches en andere elektronische apparaten
- Uitvoeren van functionele en cosmetische controles
- Controleren op eventuele defecten en ervoor zorgen dat apparaten aan onze kwaliteitseisen voldoen
- Apparaten klaarmaken voor verkoop en verzending
- Klantbestellingen nauwkeurig en veilig verpakken
- Printen en aanbrengen van verzendlabels
- Testresultaten registreren en interne systemen bijwerken
- Zorgen voor een nette en georganiseerde werkplek en magazijn
- Uitvoeren van algemene magazijnwerkzaamheden wanneer nodig
Functie-eisen
- Betrouwbaar, punctueel en georganiseerd
- Goede aandacht voor detail
- Goede beheersing van de Engelse taal, zowel mondeling als schriftelijk
- Affiniteit met technologie en elektronische apparaten
- Goede basisvaardigheden met computers
- In staat om instructies en testprocedures nauwkeurig te volgen
- Zowel zelfstandig als in teamverband kunnen werken
- Positieve instelling en bereidheid om nieuwe dingen te leren
- Ervaring met magazijnwerk, e-commerce, elektronica of het testen van mobiele telefoons is een pluspunt, maar niet vereist
Training
Volledige training wordt verzorgd voor onze testprocedures, interne systemen, orderverwerking en verpakkingsprocessen.
