The internship
This internship is unique in its broad potential, offering opportunities for you to make an impact. This hands-on experience will help you discover your passions and develop key skills that are essential for your growth.
- Tackle projects that globally shape multi-million-euro categories in Indirect Procurement (Marketing Services, Below The Line & Sponsorships, Commercial Materials & Services, Digital & Technology, Production Services, Energy and Logistics, where your ideas can drive real savings for HEINEKEN and you will learn directly from industry-leading experts.
- Work directly with the Director Indirect Procurement, his Team, the stakeholders, joining strategic conversations and building valuable and well-structured insights to support strategy and deployment. Organize and prepare for internal- and external engagements.
- Support teams by analyzing data, managing projects, and driving improvements with automation, technology, and AI.
- Track, analyze, and report procurement performance, learning how a global business measures success.
- Work with HEINEKEN’s Operating Companies (OpCos) worldwide, sharpening your influencing skills and global mindset.
- Dive into market research to uncover trends and opportunities.
- Organize team culture activities where you help build a vibrant team spirit and bring people together.
During your internship you will get the opportunity to get to know HEINEKEN as a company, also outside your department. We give you the trust and freedom, so you can work like a real entrepreneur. The terms of employment
- Your starting date is as soon as possible
- The internship is fulltime
- The duration of the internship is 5 or 6 months (in consultation with your internship supervisor)
- It is a practice-oriented internship
- You will be based in Amsterdam and Schiphol
- During your internship, you have the flexibility to work from home in a hybrid environment with 3 days a week in the office
- You will receive an internship fee of €650 gross pm based on 40 hours per week.
- You will enjoy 2 vacation days per month (based on fulltime)
- If you do not have a student OV product, your commuting expenses will be fully reimbursed
