About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and grow a portfolio of mid‑market and enterprise clients
- Develop strategic account plans focused on retention, upsell, and long‑term value creation
- Lead commercial negotiations and secure impactful agreements
- Identify new business opportunities and support market expansion initiatives
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure seamless delivery of client solutions
- Provide analytical insights to support strategic commercial decisions
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B account management or client‑facing commercial roles
- Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship‑building skills
- Ability to operate independently and manage complex client environments
- Strategic mindset with a focus on measurable commercial outcomes
- Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
- Proficiency with CRM systems and modern sales tools
