About the function
As an operator, you make sure the production process runs smoothly. You start up and set the modern production lines, keep a close eye on everything, and refill packaging materials on time. You carry out quality checks, such as oxygen and allergen measurements. You also set up and clean print and sticker equipment. You solve minor breakdowns yourself and call in technical support for bigger issues. Together with your team, you weigh and pack products according to the right guidelines. You actively contribute ideas for process improvements and join improvement teams. At the end of your shift, you clean the line with your team, so everything is ready for the next shift. You work in a 2-shift system and can choose whether you prefer early or late shifts. This requires some flexibility, as does working on weekends. The shifts you can choose from: 06:00 - 15:00 or 07:00 - 16:00 for the morning shift, and 15:00 - 00:00 or 16:00 - 01:00 for the evening shift.
What we offer
- Salary between €2722.03 and €3213.30 gross per month (excluding shift allowances)
- 12% shift allowance on top of your salary
- 25 vacation days and 9.5 ADV days (based on full-time)

What we need
- Experience as an operator, preferably in a production environment
- MBO (secondary vocational education) level of working and thinking
- You speak and understand Dutch or English
- Willingness to work in a 2-shift system and on weekends
