- Monthly gross salary between € 5.025,58 and € 9.958,58: depending on experience and qualifications.

- Extensive experience in AI, digital transformation, innovation or consulting.
- Experience with cross-functional, complex stakeholder environments.
- Strong communication, facilitation and storytelling skills.
- Experience in shaping AI or data-driven use cases into business value.
- Knowledge of Generative AI, Agentic AI, Microsoft Copilot and modern AI platforms.
- Experience with Agile ways of working.
- Ability to drive change in an industrial or complex organization.
