What You’ll Do: We’re seeking Full-Time Customer Service & Sales Representatives to join our dynamic Amsterdam locations: Amsterdam Central Station, Amsterdam City Center (Nassaukade), or Amsterdam Zuidas.
- Be the face of Enterprise, delivering exceptional service through in-person, phone, and email interactions.
- Streamline the rental process by verifying driver details, assigning vehicles, fulfilling special requests, and preparing contracts.
- Provide friendly, efficient support during rentals and returns, resolving inquiries and complaints with professionalism.
- Collaborate with our energetic team to keep our fleet in top shape and ensure smooth operations.
- Create memorable customer experiences that reflect Enterprise’s commitment to excellence.
